450g of whole bean coffee lightly roasted to just past first crack, origins rotate often so check with your bean man to see what is in stock.

Our light beans are roasted to 200-202C for maximum preservation of origin characteristic and acidity while roasting out any undesirable grassy or vegetal flavors.
